1. Subscription
Cancellation is allowed after payment and before product shipment, but it is not possible to cancel after the product has been shipped. Even if the customer refuses to accept the goods and returns them, cancellation and refund are not possible.

2. Refund
All snacks and items are inspected before leaving our warehouse to ensure they are not damaged. Despite our careful packaging, damage may occur during transportation, or the product may not reach its final destination. In the event that your product is damaged, please contact customer support through our support form within 7 days of receiving the product.
Required photos for the claim:
- Photos of the entire box (applicable for lost and damaged items)
- Photos of all items inside the box (applicable for lost and damaged items)
- Photos of the damaged part of the individual item (applicable for damaged item issues).
Damaged items will be reviewed by a support agent, and replacement or refund will only be provided for the damaged product, excluding or including the packaging of the said item.
The validity of damaged items is determined by the support agent. Damaged items, such as cookies, chips, and other fragile snacks, may not be eligible for replacement.
If you provide an incorrect address in your order, we will not issue a refund.
If there is negligence and error on our part in fulfilling your order, we will take action to ensure you receive a new order without requiring additional payment.
